The installation uses theoretical and visual frameworks to explore the relationships between technology and the body. Focusing on the body as a sculpting material which is manipulated by the digital and analogue media, the artist traces the transformations that the body has undergone over centuries as an artistic material and in media art. At the same time, she proposes solutions to the issues inherent in the collective interaction of the audience and locates the ethics of science in the context of the end of the century which raised seminal questions about the limits of transhumanism.
